Mr. Morissette has been involved in Canadian mining for over 30 years. He has founded and developed several mining exploration companies. From 1993 to 1996, he held the position of President at Silver Star Resources Inc., which later became Perlite Canada Inc. From 1997 to 2000, Mr. Morissette was President of Golden Gram Resources Inc., which became Golden Gram Capital Inc. He also founded Essor Resources, Canaco Resources and Eider Resources.
Mr. Perron holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a Certificate in Administrative Sciences from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Montréal. He has been a member of the Order of Chartered Professional Accountants since 1975, practiced has a sole practitioner from 1979 to 2005, and since 2005 has been acting as president of a private consulting firm. Mr. Perron has been involved for thirty years with various public companies working in the field of mineral exploration as an external auditor, direct, officer or consultant.
Bernard Lapointe, Ph.D, P.Geo

Bernard Lapointe has extensive business experience, having spent more than 35 years in the resource sector in exploration and project development. He founded Arianne Resources in 1997 and headed the company until 2013 that became Arianne Phosphate. Mr. Lapointe contributed to the discovery and development of the Lac à Paul project located in Quebec, one of the largest phosphate projects in the world. Mr. Lapointe is now a semi-retired geologist, consultant and private investor. He sits on several technical and strategic committees of public and private exploration companies and is a lecturer of exploration funding at the Université du Québec à Chicoutimi.
He holds a B.A. in Geology (Montreal) from a Master’s degree in Structural Geology (Chicoutimi) and a Ph.D. in mineral resources of the Université du Québec (Chicoutimi).

Claytens completed three years of Geology at the University of British Columbia before transferring faculties and receiving his Bachelors degree in Economics in 1984, specializing in resource economics. he completed the Canadian Securities Course in 1985 and became a stockbroker and mining analyst with Yorkton Securities in North Vancouver, B.C.
In 1989, he was hired by a group of mining companies based in Vancouver, B.C., for the position of Vice-President of Finance. During this tenure, he was instrumental in the completion of numerous secondary financings with brokerage firms. In 1991 started my own consulting company, Can Am Equity specializing in taking companies public and managing them on the TSX Venture Exchange. In 1992 he took Vantex Resources public on the TSX Exchange. This junior mining company had a small gold producing property in B.C., and a nickel/iron/cobalt discovery near Sept- Iles, Quebec.
In 1997, he started a public oil and gas company, Mount Dakota Energy Corp., with operations in Alberta, Canada. Over the past 16 years, he has hands on experience in organizing, drilling, and completing oil and gas wells in Alberta. At its peak, Mount Dakota had almost 100bpd of oil production. The company was later sold to a Chinese investment fund.
Since 2014, he started a private oil and gas company with flowing oil wells in Central, Alberta and sourcing mid-sized oil and gas projects for an Chinese investment fund looking for assets in Alberta.
Mr. Hamel has recognized expertise in various emerging markets where he has contributed to several mobile payments and alternative banking projects. A pioneer of the Bitcoin technical community in Canada and sound money advocate (Gold and Bitcoin) he has promoted these technologies and concepts in numerous financial and technological events around the world.
Mr. Hamel is also an Associate Researcher at the Montreal Economic Institute, an independent public policy think tank focused on proposing reforms based on market principles and entrepreneurship.
He is a member of the Advisory Committee on Technological Innovation of the Autorité des Marchés Financiers ( AMF).
Mr. Richard is currently a partner at the Montreal office of Boyden, a global executive recruitment firm. Mr. Richard has extensive experience in sales and business development in the financial communications sector. He was Sales Director, Quebec and Eastern Canada for Donnelley Financial Solutions (previously RR Donnelley- NYSE:DFIN) as well as Vice-President, Sales for Bowne Financial Communications (NYSE:BNE). Mr. Richard also worked as a financial analyst for the Autorité des Marchés financiers («AMF»). Mr. Richard holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson School of Business and is also a member of the “Barreau du Québec” since 1999.
